Once you have found an available valeting appointment slot and have paid your deposit, you will then be able to book your chosen slot. However, the slot is not confirmed until you have received confirmation directly from Aztec.
The admin team at Aztec HQ will receive your booking request and will double check that it is suitable given the workload and location of other jobs on that particular day. We always aim to efficiently plan our valeting so that we are not wasting valuable time, travelling long distances between customers. Due to this you may receive an alternative appointment for a date when we are already in your area.
Once this is agreed, we input your details into our booking system and you will receive a confirmation message from Aztec, confirming your car valet appointment.
All times are an approximate and can vary depending on traffic and delays at previous jobs. If we are going to be heavily delayed, we will contact you at first instance but we will always do our utmost to stick to the time that is booked. If this is an issue and you have a particular time constraint, please let us know, and we can assist as best we can.
