To comply with DVLA regulations, we must see original documents (not copies or photos) before we can manufacture your road-legal plates. You will need to provide one document from each category:
1. Proof of Identity (Who you are)
Driving licence
Utility, Council Tax, or Rates bill (issued within the last 6 months)
Bank or Building Society statement (issued within the last 6 months)
National identity card
2. Proof of Entitlement (Your right to the reg)
Log book (V5C or V5CNI)
New keeper slip (Green slip)
Certificate of Entitlement (V750) or Retention Document (V778)
Renewal reminder for vehicle tax or SORN (V11)
