Terms & Conditions

​By booking with Aztec Valeting & Detailing Ltd, you agree to the following:

​1. Vehicle Condition & Liability
​Pre-existing Damage: We are not liable for any damage present before our service (scuffs, dents, scratches, etc.). You must disclose any known faults or poor-quality repairs.
​Delicate Finishes: Satin, matte, or wrapped finishes are cleaned at the owner’s risk.
​

Aged Vehicles: We accept no liability for the degradation of materials on vehicles over 3 years old.

​Paintwork: We are not responsible for flaking paint caused by pre-existing stone chips or sub-standard resprays.

​2. Bookings & Cancellations
​Notice: A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule.

​Weather: We reserve the right to reschedule in poor weather to ensure a professional finish.

​Safety: We may refuse work if the location is deemed hazardous.

​3. Operational Safety
​Engine Cleaning: Cleaning engine bays is at the owner's risk; we are not liable for electrical or sensor failure.

​Child Seats: For safety, we will not re-fit child seats. These must be secured by the owner.

​Ground Staining: We are not responsible for temporary ground staining caused by cleaning oil leaks or heavy grime.

​Movement: We will only move your vehicle with your express permission.

​4. Keys & Insurance
​Spare Keys: You must have a spare set. We are not liable for keys locked inside the vehicle.

​Insurance: Your vehicle must be insured by you at all times. Our insurance does not cover total loss.

​5. Payment Terms
​Pricing: Quoted prices are subject to change based on the vehicle’s actual condition.

​Payment: Full payment is due immediately upon completion via Cash or Card.

​Key Release: Keys will be returned only once payment is cleared.

​6. General Liability
​Proven Fault: If damage is proven to be our fault, we will repair it or provide compensation at our discretion.

​Third Parties: We are not liable for losses caused by third parties, weather events, or consequential loss.

​Warning: Be aware that detailing products can cause temporary slippery surfaces around the vehicle.
