Terms & Conditions 

• We charge a non-refundable booking fee to secure your valeting appointment. This fee is deducted from the final cost of your chosen package.

• If you decide to cancel your appointment the fee is non-refundable.

• We do require 24 hours notice to alter an appointment, If you reschedule with less than 24 hours notice, you may be required to pay another deposit to book another appointment.

• Should you need to alter your booking, and you provide over 24 hours notice, we will work with you to find a suitable date. We will hold the booking fee on file and deduct it from the final price on the day your appointment goes ahead. 

• Should you cancel this appointment once rescheduled the booking deposit will remain non-refundable.

• Select & Schedule - Choose your package and pick a date and time that suits you. You can opt for Mobile service (home or work) or visit us at our unit. Simply enter your details and pay the deposit to submit your request.

• Expert Routing & Confirmation - To keep our service efficient and minimize travel time between jobs, our HQ team reviews every request. If your slot doesn't align with our existing route for that day, we may suggest an alternative time when we are already in your area. Your appointment is fully confirmed only once you receive a final confirmation message from us.

•  Flexible Timing - Can't find a slot that works? Call or message us. We can often find "hidden" availability that isn't visible on the live calendar.

• Arrival Windows - Arrival times are approximate as traffic or previous jobs can cause slight shifts. If we are running significantly behind, we will contact you immediately. If you are on a strict time constraint, please let us know in advance so we can prioritize your slot.

• We maintain a comprehensive RAMS (Risk Assessment & Method Statement) folder for every job, which is available upon request for residential and corporate clients.

• Fully Insured: We hold £5,000,000 Public Liability, Working On Vehicles Cover, Trade Motor Insurance and many other policies, specifically tailored for valeting and detailing modern, classic, and prestige motor vehicles, as well as commercial vehicles & Motorbikes.
  
• Environmental Leaders: We are authorized by Yorkshire Water (Ref: 020922/BL) to discharge wash water to the Public Foul Sewer, ensuring we never pollute local surface water drains.
  
• Licensed Waste Carriers: Registered as a lower-tier waste carrier with the Environment Agency (CBDL622384), ensuring all our trade waste is disposed of legally and responsibly.
  
• Safety First: All equipment is PAT tested annually, and we utilize RCD adapters for all electrical tasks to ensure the safety of our team and your property.
